Actively participate in delivering our brand experience by presenting hot and fresh food at the customer's doorstep.
Ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly and efficient customer service to patrons.
Ensure that delivery vehicles are ready for transit, perform routine maintenance of vehicles used during delivery duties and keep proper paperwork showing vehicle repair work performed.
Accurately keep receipts for expenses, like gas, incurred during daily deliveries, report traffic problems that may cause long delays in delivery time and follow traffic rules.
Effectively plan daily routes based on assignments and make all scheduled deliveries in a safe and timely manner.
Efficiently and properly load food items ordered in preparation of deliveries.
Appropriately present an accurate bill to the customer and collect payment for the food delivered.
Appropriately log delivery mileage information.
Completely follow and comply with all applicable safety procedures and adhere to all company guidelines, policies and standard practices.
Effectively perform miscellaneous related duties as assigned by managers.
Exhibit a customer comes first attitude and deliver service that meets or exceeds guest expectations.
Possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively and professionally interact with customers as needed.
Be able to effectively operate all relevant equipment and machinery.
Be able to effectively cruise through busy traffic, long roads, and jams while following traffic laws.
Be able to complete deliveries within a short time period to ensure food is presented in quality condition.
Know proper radio codes to effectively communicate with the office while driving.
Know proper food handling methods and cleanliness procedures.
Be able to read and follow instructions for merchandise delivery instructions and locations.
Posses good knowledge of various locations in the area and how to get there quickly.
Be in adequate physical conditioning for movements required, including but not limited to, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, walking, pulling, pushing, stretching, twisting, reaching, standing, sitting and driving for prolonged periods of time.
Be able to visually and efficiently examine products for quality, pay attention to detail, effectively manage your time, properly plan daily route coverage and meet production standards established.
Be groomed and dressed appropriately to deliver our brand experience.
Work with schedules based around busy meal times, holidays, events and weekends.
Previous related experience and demonstrated passion for extraordinary customer service are preferred.
Acceptable DMV record and valid Driver's License are required.
Be able to pass driving test.
